FAQ & Return Policy


We accept returns on all full-price online orders* within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.

Clothing Care: All Sea Lustre designs are handmade with love. To care for your beautiful new clothing, we recommend handwashing in cold water (or gentle cycle) and hang to dry or have professionally dry cleaned.
Jewelry Care: Pearls are an organic gift from the sea. They do not like perfumes, hairspray, lotions, chlorine or any harsh chemicals. To clean your pearl jewelry, use a mild soap and water.
Metal Care: All Sea Lustre jewelry designs are made in sterling silver, yellow gold fill and yellow gold over sterling silver. The best method for cleaning your metal designs is with a polishing cloth. Never submerge your jewelry (especially pearls) in any silver cleaners.
Shipping: All domestic shipping is free with orders over $75. We ship USPS from our Tequesta, FL store.
Processing Time: All orders ship within 3-5 business days, if you need it before than please email or respond directly to your order confirmation email.
Tracking your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mailed order confirmation. If you do not receive one, please reach out to us with your name and telephone and we can help find it.
